 Those were the years between 1950 and 1960 in Carrù, in the small and joyful village just outside of the Langhe, the restaurant was LA CORONA GROSSA where Rina grandmother with great commitment and care worked daily.

2003 in Carrù is inaugurated on AL BUE GRASSO restaurant is a dream come true as well "shut in the drawer" for many years by Charles and Ezio son and grandson of Rina respectively.
